POLICIES AND RESERVATIONS
A two night stay is required on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Changes must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival. Any cancellation made after 14 days are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted outside on the dirt yard or on the gravel area.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Fall/Winter Rates (October 1st - April 30th)

Spring/Summer Rates (May 1st - September 30th)

- $225 per night
- $1350 per week**
* A $75 cleaning fee and 9% room tax will be added to all bookings.
** Pay for 6 nights and the 7th is free.
